The incidents page is a place for users to view a consolidated list of all incidents in the zones to which they are assigned. Users can then filter the list of incidents by types, statuses, and/or zones.
In Core, select a hub > select Incidents > Select the incident type you would like to filter.
The top left of the page has two buttons that provide a quick way to filter the incidents in the table:
The Assigned To Me button:
Click Assigned To Me to quickly set the filters and incident table to show the incidents in statuses that are assigned to you.
All Incidents button:
Click the All Incidents button to quickly reset the page to show all incidents you have access to.
Additional filter:
Click the Additional filter to open the pop-up menu to select all the incident types and statuses that you would like to view in the table below.
Zones filter:
If you have access to more than one zone: Click on the Zones filter to open the pop-up menu to select all the zones that you would like to view in the table below.
