How to Use Advanced Search for Deliveries with Scorpion

Scorpion has two options for Searching/ Filtering delivers, Basic and Advanced.  Under the Deliveries drop down menu option, and clicking the Advanced button at the top corner of the screen will bring up the Advanced options.  In Basic you can searching by key words that you defined in your examinee schema.  Advanced gives you four options more options: Delivery Status, Dash patterns, Delivery ID, and Items.  

Below are some examples of how to use all of the options you have between Basic and Advanced.

1- In the Deliveries menu, click on the Advanced button at the top of the screen.  

Delivery Status

2- Clicking the Delivery Status options you would like to filter.  Scroll to the bottom of the advanced search windows and click on the Search button. Clicking the "X" in the top left-hand corner will close the advanced search window and show you the results of your query.  To show all deliveries, click on the Reset button that appears.

Dash Pattern

3-  Under Dash pattern, enter in the pattern, then click the Add button in the search bar on the right side.  Scroll down to the bottom and click the Search button. Click the Reset button or refresh page to show all deliveries/ restart.

Delivery ID

4-  To search by Delivery ID, enter part or the full delivery ID.  Then click the Add button in the search bar on the right side.  Scroll down to the bottom and click the Fetch deliveries button. Click the Reset button or refresh page to show all deliveries/ restart.

Items

5-  Searching by items gives you the option to find deliveries with the items you selected in a certain order.  Clicking the box next to Include item order will enable this.

6- Using the search bar, you can type in the names of the items you wish to add.  Click the plus button to add an item to your search.

7- You can change the item order using the arrows or remove items from your search by click the trash can icon.

8- Clicking on Additional parameters button will allow you to search for specific versions of the selected item, add variables by clicking the Add variable option, and search by item response options by clicking the Add options button.

9- Scroll down to the bottom and click the Search deliveries button. Click the Reset button or refresh page to show all deliveries/ restart.
