Item Feedback in Scorpion gives test administrators an opportunity to provide instant feedback to examinees after a question is answered or after the exam. You can create feedback for the item as a whole and/ or for individual responses. Examples of item feedback:
- Information on why a particular answer is correct or incorrect.
- Where the examinee can find reference material relating to that item.
Item feed back needs to each item and enabled in the form.
Feedback will not show unless it is enabled in a form's configuration. Please see Scorpion Form Configurations Explained
Creating item feedback

2- Scroll down to the content section. Click on Show more to see the item feedback options.
3- You will see new text boxes appear. Under stem you can add feedback directed at the whole item. Under the item response options you have two text boxes to add item feedback. The first box is what the examinee will see the second is for the test administrator organization, the examinee will not see what is in the second box.
4- After adding the feedback make sure to save the changes by clicking the save button in the top left-hand corner.
