Steps 6-9 will walk you through how to make a group.
Step 10 will show you how to edit a group.
Steps 11-15 will walk you through how to add a user to a group.
How to Navigate to an Organization's Groups
1- After logging into scorpion.caveon.com, click on the three horizontal line button in the top left corner.
2- Click on the Orgs option.
3- Select the organization you would like to manage.
4- Click on the drop down menu.
5-Click on Groups.
How to Add Groups
6- Click on the New Group button.
7- Type in a name for the group in the text field under Group Name*
8- Use these boxes to manage the permissions of the group.
9- Click on the Create button.
How to Edit a Group
10- Click on the edit button.
How to Add Users to Groups
11- Click on the Add Users button.
12- Type the user's email in the the text field under Add Users / Send Invitations*
NOTE: Click on the email when you are done type or hit the enter key.
13- Click on the drop down menu on the field under Groups*.
14- Click on the group you would like to add the user to.
15- Click on the Save button.
